Overview

A Bangalore based Chartered Accountancy firm was formed in the year 2000 to cater to all the needs of the small and medium sized business owners under one roof.

The firm headed by CA. C.S. HARISH B. Com, FCA, (ISA) has built up a strong client base of more than 100 organizations covering private sectors, public sectors, Co-operatives, non - profit organizations, associations, clubs, Banks & Government organizations for almost a decade.

Over the years the firm has grown in the areas of statutory audits, Internal Audits and Management consultancy services. The firm strongly believes in offering total solution to our clients in managing the financial side of their business. We provide all kind of services varying from inception of all kind of businesses to the ceasing or closure of business.

Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Enroller as Member in 2001.

Started his practice since 2001 and is the founder of the Firm C S Harish & Co.Bangalore which was converted to the Partnership Firm in the Year July 2023.

Experienced in the areas of Taxation, Audit & Assurance (including CAG Audits, Bank audits, Government audits etc.), in industries such as manufacturing, Hotels, Real estate, Hospitality, Information Technology.

Exposure in matters relating to Incorporation of Company, LLP, Partnership Incorporations and statutory compliances, drafting of agreements and deeds, FDI, ODI, and in various other secretarial areas.

Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Qualified & Enroller as Member in month July 2023

Started his practice in 2023 and joined as Partner of the Firm C S Harish& Co, Bangalore in the Year July 2023.

Experienced in the areas of Taxation, Audit & Assurance (including Bank audits, Co-operative Bank Audit etc.), in industries such as Manufacturing, Hotels, Real estate, Hospitality.
